Hi! I’m Jaycee! If you’re here, you either hate DIY and just want someone else to take the reins, or you love it and would just like some collaboration. Either way, I’m so excited you’re here!!

 

My journey started with our 2023 New Year’s Eve wedding. I’m with the majority of little girls that dreamed of having a huge wedding where I got to be a princess for a day. Fast forward a decade or two and it’s a lot more expensive to be a princess nowadays, so I DIY’d anything I possibly could for our wedding. I spent countless hours on the stationary, making sure it was as professional looking as possible, I created signage and a seating chart with a visual layout, hit up marketplace like a crazy person, created a timeline and wedding planner even my photographer was impressed by, and in the end, we had the most perfect day. Us girls were even a whole half hour early for the ceremony. The added bonus of it all was what I discovered about myself: I freaking love this stuff. Leave me alone with my computer, Canva, and my Cricut for an afternoon and I’m the happiest girl on earth. Nothing else is going to get done, but I’m happy!

 

The last year has been a whirlwind. We got married, went on a huge honeymoon to Australia, found out we were pregnant while honeymooning, bought a home in Castor, and had our little Leo man in September 2024. Our life is finally settling and we are getting to know this new normal, but I can’t help but think: what if you just do a little something for you on the side?

 

I will never claim to be a professional. I’m not a graphic designer or professional party planner, but I’m a girl that sure loves those things and will work with you to make your ideas a reality!
